We have seen many changes in recommended prac tices of agriculture as well as the satisfaction of watching our 4-H boys and girls grow .up. choose a career, most of them successful, have a family and see this "second generation in 4-H club woric Good cooperators are neces sary for a good program and we feel that Morrow county has contributed more than its share of good cooperators and good programs. The county agents program can be no more success ful than the cooperation that the people give him. These hold precedence over use for irrigation. Please remove all diversions and pumps so that water may flow more freely to needed users below. Deputy Dwight Townsend will be making periodical checks to observe stream flow and consumption. All cooperation will be greatly appreciated. If rules are not observed, more rigid action will have to be taken. This covers District 5 which includes Morrow and Umatilla counties.
