Lack of Drivers Cancels Road-e-o The Heppner Jaycee chapter has announced the cancellation of the Teen-age Road-e-o which they had planned to sponsor for young licensed drivers this s-prlng. An Insufficient number o( eligible and Interested drivers were signed to compete, accord ing to Harley Sager, chairman. It Is hoped that, with the ad dition of driver training courses in high schools in the county next year, the contest can be held in conjunction with the course, Sager said, and that more interest will be developed by next spring. It is also thought that it could be enlarged to in clude other nearby towns. Weight Training Program Proposed High school coach Hon MeClur said this week that h Is plan ning la start a weight trainln program at Heppner High school for those Interested.
