Sylvia .Smith will In struct the course which empha sizes technique of clothing con struction. Fabric handl I n g. shrinking, stretching, pressing and straightening of the fab rics will be stressed. The com mercial arjoearance Is strlved for In the construction of simple garments. The fee for the ten- week course will be $12.50. Meet- Ing lime has been set at 7 to 10 p.m. during the ten weeks. Basle Design will be Instruc ted by Cal Hempel. This art course covers the study of the elements In basic design, the use of lines, curves, shapes, and ! geometrical solids, and empha sizes composition. The starting date and meeting time will be Identical to the sewing class. The tuition Is also $12.50. Farm Law will start Tuesday. March 2, at 7:30 p.m. This course will meet two hours each Tues day evening for ten weeks. It Is designed to acquaint farmers with a legal aspect than can be applied to property ownership, business transactions, liabilities, and rights. Emphasis will be placed on determining when the farmer should secure profession al legal counsel. $8.50 Is the fee charge for Farm Law. Mr. Joseph Bame will be the instructor.
