In the primary division (first, second and third grades), Cecil Berry and David Phegley took urst place for their painting on the window of Bucknum Tavern. In the intermediate division (4th, 5th, 6th grades), Ken Ba ker and Joe Wilhelm were first for the painting at Heppner Auto Sales; Marie Van Marter, Mary ADrams, uoDDeue Jones and Lor ena Jones were second for the painting on the Turner, Van Marter and Bryant window; and Elizabeth Abrams was third for the painting on the north win dow at Humphreys Rexall Drug. In the junior high division, Sara Miller, Patti Holt and Ter esa Harshman won first for their painting at Elma's Apparel; Sue Chally was second for her paint ing at Heppner Auto Sales; and Mark Lovgren was third for his work at Dick's Barber Shop.
