BOARDMAN The annual Mys
tery Sister Christmas party was
heid last week at the grange
hall with members of the Home
Economics club of Greenfield
Grange hosting the Ladies Aid
Society of Community church. In
charge were Mrs. Bernard Don
ovan, Mrs. Arthur Allen, Mrs.
Leonard Bedord and Mrs. Cecil
Hamilton.
Mystery Sisters were revealed
with gift exchange and new
names were drawn for next year.
Mrs. Zearl Gillespie and Mrs.
Rollini Bishop were in charge.
The clean-up committee was
Mrs. Claud Worden and Mrs. N.
G. Seehafer.
Franell Walker, Riverside high
school student, read the Christ
mas story, and the Riverside
High school band under the lead
ership of Al Reeves, presented
the Christmas story in music,
using selections from Handel's
"Messiah" and Christmas carols.

eration of Women's clubs, Mrs.
Mellord Nelson, state president,
and Mrs. Wallace Smith, state
junior director.
The rest of the evening was
spent playing bingo.
Mrs. Russell Miller was hos
tess for the Home Extension unit
at her home last week with
Mrs. Don Downey as co-hostess.
Subject was "Wise choice of
home furnishings," with Mrs.
Dewey West and Mrs. Ronald
Black as leaders.
Mrs. H. M. Walker, vice-chair
man, was in charge of the meet-
mig. The resignation of Mrs. n,an

in Russia Father or Grand
father Frost.
