Area E Consists of twenty four areas lying in Benton, Lane, Linn, Dougias, Marion and Polk Counties, two or which areas in clude adjacent unserved terri tory in eastern Linn County and northeastern Lane County. The areas extend from and including the city of Dallas on the north to a point south of Cottage Grove, including Cottage Grove, and from the west Range line of Range 7 West, W. M., to the east Range line of Range 6 East, W. M. Area FConslsts or twelve ex clusively served areas lying in Coos County. These areas are lo cated south of Coquille and ex tend from west of Bandon, ex cluding Bandon, southeast for a distance of approximately eighteen miles.
