Cemetery Move Completed
Contractors have comple ted
the moving of the Irrigon ceme
tery, necessitated by the build
ing of the John-Day Dam, to the
new site just east of town. The
pump-house is completed, and a
cyclone fence has been erected
completely around the 5-acre
plot of ground. The sprinkling
system will soon be installed.
Bronze markers have been sup
plied for all the unmarked
graves. The work was completed
Friday.

er classmates of Mrs. Dave Kahl,
nee June Goodwin, gathered at
the home of Mr. and Mrs. Cecil
Goodwin, Margaret and Jeanne,
in Hermiston Sunday afternoon.
