is: Act of April 24, 1888 (25 Stat.
94, 33 U.S.C. 591); Act of March
1, 1917 (39 Stat. 948, 33 U.S.C.
701); Act of May 17, 1950 (Pub
lic Law 516, 81st Congress) ; and
Act of September 30, 1961 (Pub
lic Law 87-330). You are further
notified that if you have any
objection or defense to the tak
ing of your property or the re
moval and reinterment of bodies
from the land pursuant to the
Government's plan, a copy of
which plan is on file with the
Clerk of the above Court, you
are required to serve upon plain
tiff's attorneys at the address
herein designated within twenty
days after the date of the last
publication of this notice, an
answer designating the property
in which you claim to have an
nterest. stating the nature ana
extent of the interest claimed,
and stating all your objections

Bond to try to work out plans
for culminating the formation
of the Eastern Oregon assoc
iation of Chambers of Commerce.
President Fred Gimbel repre
sented the Heppner-M o r r o w
county Chamber of Commerce at
the meeting. Others in atten
dance were from Bend, Redmond,
Burns, Harney county and Trine
ville.
Bob Smith of Burns, newlv
elected state representative from
tne zwn district, acted as chair
man of the meeting.
It was decided that not enough
wore present to complete for
mation of the organization, and
another attempt will be made
at a later date. One of the prin
cipal objects of the organiza
tion would be to consider legis
lative matters of interest to East
ern Oregon and to businessmen.
Letters expressing inte rest
have come from most chambers
of commerce in Eastern Oregon
except from Klamath Falls and
Pendleton, Gimbel said.

Allot Fleming were on Dry Creek
between Kimberly and Monu
ment, blasted into a snake don
and killed 40 rattlesnakes, of all
sizes.

Christmas week with their
