Box 755 Pendleton, Oregon 41-45C $15 Fine Imposed For Window Breaking Francis Norman Rea, 19, lone, pleaded guilty to a charge of breaking glass in a certain build ing not nis own in justice court January 3, and was fined $15 and given a 30 day jail sentence which was suspended by judge J. O. Hager on payment of the fine. Rea, along with two 17-year-old lone youths, was picked up by state police for breaking win dows at the Lexington office of Morrow County Grain Growers the night of December 23-24. District Attorney Robert Ab rams said the two juveniles would be turned over to juvenile authorities. Abrams stated about $25 worth of damage was done by the boys when they allegedly threw bottles through the windows.
