Santa Claus will be there to visit the young Mera and old alike. Anyone is welcome to attend the dinner and the program. About 40 members and friends attended the annual Rebekah l hrlstmas party and pot luck din ner at their nail on Friday night, (lames were played. A silver of fering was taken for the Odd Fellow and Kebokah home for Christmas. The hall and table were gaily decorated In the Christmas theme. The children ChrUtma party waa held on December 3 from 2 to i at the St. William church recreation room sponsored by the Altar Society for their Sun day school classes. Feed Planned Before Came The Junior class of lone High school will sponsor a spaghetti and tuna and noodle feed on Friday, December 15, between 5 and 6:30 p. m. preceeding the volleyball and basketball game with Heppner that night Mr. and Mrs. Elmo McMillan were week-end guests from Sa lem with Mr. and Mrs. Gar land Swanson. They were here to visit her mother, Mary Swanson who is still in the Heppner hos pital. Mrs. Swanson will be mov ed this week to St. Anthony hos pital in Pendleton for further treatment. Another reminder to the pos tal patrons from Mrs. Ruby Ro berts that the lone Post Office will be opened all day December 16 for handling of Christmas mail. Mr. Christopherson is the district agent with Prudential Insurance Co. located at The Dalles. He will now be assoc iated in Morrow County and in Gilliam County.
