The first of these were held on
October 23 when potential trial
work projects were discussed
with Dr. A. L. Ralston, OSU, re.
search animal husbandman. The
advisory council of the livestock
research center will select re

which Included feeding method,
economies, of feeding various

choice fed cattle, rations using
rutin and wheat, alfalfa hay util
ization, feeding systems, phys
iology of beef cuttle, type, breed
and source of feeder cattle, and
protein supplements. Arrange
ments have been made to secure

stock beginning at 9:00 a. m.
During the day reports on range
weed control studies at which
