Sandra Jones, Mrs. Gary Jones, and Sharon Keithley were hos tesses for the evening and serv ed coffee, punch, and cookies to the guests. Assisting Sheryl with her gifts was Mrs. Bob Stevens. A novel idea was introduced by Mrs. Gary Jones who made a ribbon pillow for Sheryl and is used to save the ribbons from her gifts. The pillow was used as the backdrop on the gift ta ble for the shower. Guests included Judy Cochell, Jeanne Schmidt, Bernice Thom son, Mary Evelyn Tucker, Mrs. Paul Jones, Mrs. Everett Keith ley, Earl Ayres, Mrs. Oliver Cres wick, Mrs. Mike Saling, and Mrs. Tom Wilson. Wedding Anniversary Observed August 1 1 Mr. and Mrs. Oral Wright of Seattle, long time Heppner resi dents, celebrated their 27th wed ding anniversary on August 11 at the home of their son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Ron ald Haguewood of Heppner. After a buffet supper, Mr. and Mrs. Wright cut the three-tiered pink and white wedding cake, made and decorated by their daughter, Mrs. Haguewood.
