Elaine Laird, LeNona Hopper. Barbara Slewert and Nancy Moyer, all of Heppner and Lora " Ann Vaughn. Monument. are the lucky girls. The spoons were won In the national contest open to 1961 graduating high school girls and sponsored by the Sterling Sliver smiths of America. The pins are In the girls own favorite pat terns. Miss Munford was assisted at the gift table by Mrs. Bob Rlet mann and Mrs. Bill Rietmann. Mrs. Omar Rietmann cut and ser ved the pink and white decorated sheet cake. Mrs. David Rietmann presided at the coffee table and Miss Diana Wright served the punch. Pink and white were the decor colors and flower arrangements of these colors adorned the room, i A centerpiece of pink carnations and white stock In candelabra graced the table. Mrs. Kenneth Smouse played two violin numbers accompanied by Arleta McCabe. Hostesses were Mesdames Ro bert Jepsen, Walter Jacobs, Dal las Shockley, Arnle Hedman, Pete Cannon, Milton Morgan, Cleo Drake, Bob DeSpain, Lloyd Mor gan and Gordon White. Engagement Told; Fall Wedding Set Announcement is made this week of the engagement of Miss Norma Ann Robinson of Golden dale, Wn., and Marvin Way of Lexington. Miss Robinson is the daughter of John C. Robinson of Goldendale, and Mrs. Bill Hayes, who is now living in New Jersey. Wedding plans are being made for September 1. Mr. Way has made his home in Lexington for several years, attending schools there, and is now employed by the Kinzua Corporation in Heppner. !
