Party Honors Local Man And Bride-To-Be The Terrel Benge home was the scene of a potluck supper and card party Saturday night with Mr. and Mrs. Joe Wright, Mr. and Mrs. Frank Connor, and the Benges as hosts in honor of Jim Hayes and his bride-to-be, Miss Barbara Baker. A money tree gift from the guests will be sent to the young couple In Florida. Driscolls Enjoy California Trip Mr. and Mrs. Jim Driscoll and sons Tom and Tim, returned last week-end from a two weeks trip to Los Angeles. They left from Portland after the Junior Olympics, June 12, and stopped in Corvallis to pick up Jim's nephew, Joe Pointer, for the trip to southern Calif. They visited Jim's sister and brother-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Carney and family In Los Angeles where Joe, will stay on. While there, they enjoyed trips to Disneyland and Marineland. The Driscolls returned by way of Reno, Nevada, staying over night there before coming home. Rhea Creek Grange Honors Robbins The Rhea Creek Grange gave a farewell party Tuesday even ing In honor of the Lew Robbins family. A potluck supper was served at 6:30. Later pinochle was played. The Grange members gave them a milk glass compote dish and a guest book.
