ticles published In our local pa
pers of recent, Including tho Gazette-Times,
pertaining to the
furnishing of power to the new
Morrow county high school be
ing built, partly within the
Heppner city limits.
It seems that some members

Elec. Co-op furnishing power for
this, but I sometimes wonder if

of Heppner have ever given this

familiar with some of the facts
of this question.
In the first place this school Is

program that they should have
this Heppner-Lexlngton county
high school in their city, and of
