Chi Rho Group Have Skating Party The Christian church Chi Rho group went to Richland Saturday March 25. on a roller skating party. The high school class were guests at the party. Th Hammer unit also reminds everyone of the film showing. Friday evening at me tnnii church at 8:00 p.m. Leta Hum phreys, Edna Turner, and Faye Ferguson will show some of their films on trips they have taken. ATTENTION LADYLINKERS: We are starting to establish our handicaps so be sure and save your scorecards from any nine holes you play and give them to our handicap chairman Dee; she will figure your starting handicap on the first five games that are posted. And don't forget ladles day will begin Tuesday at 11:30 on the number 7 tee where we shall first get "for tlfied" with a sack lunch and then maybe we can "sack" the nine holes following. Johnny Johnson Has Eighth Birthday Mrs. Clarence Johnson gave a party for her son, Johnny, on his eighth birthday, after school on March 29. The boys attending the party were Bobby and Jimmy Ployhar, Robbie Abrams, Jackie Huggett, Bobby - Worden, Matt Warren, Scotty and Robbie Cantonwlne. They played games and enjoy ed the opening of the gifts fol lowed by dessert Mrs. Munkers Hosts Bridge Club Mrs. Bellenbrock won high at the Bridgettes club Friday night and the hostess for the evening was Mrs. Riley Munkers at her home. Also winning were Mrs. Creston Robinson, second, and Mrs. Kemp Dick, low. Others present were Mrs. Jack Healy, Mrs. Dick Meador, Mrs. Ned Sweek and Mrs. Elsie Cole. Mr. and Mr William Mahan left by train last week for a visit with friends and relatives in Missouri.
