Mr. and Mrs. Jim Hams had Laverne, Lynda and Susan Hams as guest for the Thanksgiving weekend. Mr. and Mrs. Wilbur Van Blockland and sons have had Mrs. VanBlockland's mother, Mrs. Mary Aas of La Grande as a visitor this last week. Other guests for Thanksgiving were Mr. and Mrs. Bob Simmons, and Mr. and Mrs. Bernard DeBorde of Pendleton; and Mr. and Mrs. Don Gilman, and son of Condon. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Wright and Kenneth spent the Thanks giving holidays visiting In Port land with Mr. and Mrs. Hugh Jackson and family. Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Talmer and Mrs. Lawrence Palmer spent Thanksgiving in Arlington, with Mr. and Mrs. James Green and children. While at Green's home Mrs. Lawrence Palmer had the misfortune to fall and break her kneecap and Is now in the Hep pner Pioneer Memorial hospital. Miss Janet Wright, and Mr. and Mrs. W. V. Clublne of Port land were at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Walter Wrlfiht over the Thanksgiving holidays.
