She explained the counseling program being es tablished In the high school here. Vkk.e Ri'bnn. club rrjnirr P.-T.A. Serves Loyalty Dinner On Monday evening the PTA served about 120 people at the Episcopal Loyalty dinner held in the Catholic parish hall. The ham and turkey dinner began at 6:30 p.m. with hostesses seating the guests. Each table had been assigned hostesses who were responsible for the decor ation of their table. The main speaker for the eve ning was Bill Winters of Pendle ton who spoke on "Spirited Hap- iness." He heads the steward- hip missionary program of East ern Oregon. Rev.
