DEATH TOLD Word was received here of the death on August 12 at Oakland, Calif of Mrs Jennie McCarter. She was 84 years of age. Mrs McCarter, who was a sis ter of the late Gene Noble, well known Heppner saddlemaker, was a resident of Heppner for many years before moving to California to make her home. DON'T MISS IT--!
