The reasons for increasing such lew are: 1. The low tax base, due to the fact that some dis tricts lost their base entirely and others could only be increased bv the legal allowed 6 per year. 2. Increased costs in main taining buildings and making needed reDairs. 3. Increases in teaching and administrative sal aries. 4. High cost of supplies and eauiument and repairs to some of our older buildings. 5. Amount allowed for purchase of school property. The total base of all sub-dis tricts in the Morrow County School District (operating under the County Unit Plan) is $nd, 118.61. Tho amount of tax. in excess nf thp fi7 limitation, proposed to be levied for the said fiscal vear (1959-60) is $445,286.18. Dated this 28th day of May, 1959. Attest: Jack C. Flue.
