Held At Elks Lodge
Ladies night was held at the
Elks lodge Thursday evening of
last week.
The high winner In bridge was
Mrs Don Bellenbrock with Mrs

Flatt won second high.
Door prize was won by Mrs
Delmar Buschke.

scores for the season, entertained
the members with the low scores
at a luncheon last Wednesday
afternoon at the home of Mrs
Earl Blake.
The hostesses were Mrs Gene
Ferguson, Mrs E K Schaffitz, Mrs
Tom Wilson. Mrs L D Tibbies,
Mrs Lowell Gribble and Mrs P
W Mahoney. The guests were
Mrs Raymond rerguson, Mrs
Earl Blake. Mrs Harold Cohn,
Mrs Ted Smith, Mrs Robert Pen-
land, Mis James Thomson and
Mrs Allen Case.
Mrs Mahoney held high score
for the afternoon, Mrs Penland
was second, Mrs Wilson third and
Mrs Gene Ferguson low.
The club will disband for the
summer and the next meeting
will be the first part of October.

the Eastern Star were honored
Friday evening, April 8, at the
Masonic hall In Heppner.
The honored guests were each

enjoyable evening of entertain
ment refreshments were served
at tables decorated with small
individual bouquets.

with an arrangement of spring

the evening's refreshments and
