The. Court voted to purchase a lot next to the Pioneer Mem orial hospital from Garnet Bar ratt. The Court resolved to vacate all thp now unused portion of the old McNabb-Olex County Road. The Court ordered the sale of 9.42 acres acquired by Tax Fore closure. The Court ordered the refund of $45.28 to George Weise, for erroneously levied taxes.
