IN THE SADDLE
With the Wranglers
by John Newman
At the meeting of the program
planning committee, Archie
Munkers brought up a very good
idea (credited to Dimples) to
raise funds to help finish the
club grounds. Knowing the con
servative nature of most people
they save things they never use
any more because they are too
good to throw away. Why not
have an auction sale? It might
be something someone else could
use. The committee Is now look
ing for a place where these arti
cles might be stored till sale
date should the club approve.
Since we are exchanging play
days with the Sage Riders they
suggested we invite Arlington
and Spray to join us on these
two days. Wouldn't it be fun?
Perhaps lucrative as well.
These are only two of the
things we will hear about if
we feel like listening, after the
potluck Tuesday night, Feb 3,
6 p m at the Wranglers club
house.
