Mr. and Mrs. P. M. Crofts of
Washougal Wash, was a weekend
visitor with their daughter and
family Mr. and Mrs. C. Friedrich.
Mrs. Crofts remained for an ex
tended visit.
Bob Matthews, coach of the lo
cal high school returned home
Saturday after several weeks in
Pioneer Memorial hospital re
cuperating from a car accident.
The dance sponsored by the
Oddfellow and Rebekah lodges
was well attended Saturday night.
The proceeds from these dances
will be used to repair the front
hall in the building to be used
as a community hall. The next
dance is scheduled for the first
Saturday in January with Quack
enbush's orchestra.
On Monday evening the Holly
Rebekah lodge made a trip to
Stanfield where they presented
the traveling Bible to the lodge
there. Those taking part in the
