Here's an ideal menu that's
easy to prepare:
Lamb Shish Kabobs
Prepackaged Cooked Rice

Iced Tea
Of course, no outdoor summer
meal would be complete without
the all-time favorite beverage
iced tea. Just to look at a tall
frosted pitcher of ice tea imme

mind the pleasures of relaxing
and enjoying one's self while
the cool, refreshing liquid trick
les aown ones throat.
Here's a new way to make
iced tea that cuts the prepara
tion time in half, and also re
quires less ice cubes. Bring one
quart of freshly drawn cold
water to a full, rolling boil in a
saucepan. Remove from heat
and while the water is still bub-
bling, immediately add cup
loose tea. Brew 5 minutes. Stir
and strain Into a Ditcher hold.
