at St. Patrick's Catholic church
was Miss Lynda Borman, daugh
ter of Mr. and Mrs. Dick Borman
who was married to Richard Dun
lap, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jock
Dunlap of Sherwood, Oregon.
Rev. P. J. Gaire, officiating at the
double ring eremony.
The bride, given in marriage
by her father, wore a white and
silver lame ballerina length gown
with matching bolero and her
finger tip veil was held in place
by a tiara of white flowers. Her
bouquet was of white hyacinths
and pink roses.
Miss Shliley Kononen, maid of
honor wore a yellow net ballerina
gown and carried pink roses.
Bridesmaids Diane Grant of Arl
ington and Joanne Keithley of
Heppner wore ballerina length
gowns of green net and carried
pink roses.
Best man was Douglas Hoxsey
of Condon Air Base and ushers
were Bob Dixon and Bob Sieu-
czak, both of Condon air base.
Red roses were used to decorate
the altar.
Miss Marguerite Glavey played
the wedding music and Marilyn
Munkers sang "Ave Marie".
The bride's mother wore navy
blue with matching accessories
and the groom's mother wore a
grey velvet suit with black ac-
cessories.
At the reception in the church
basement, Mrs. Joe Wright cut
the cake, Mrs. L. E. Ruhl, Lex
ington and Mrs. Leslie Grant of
Arlington poured the coffee and
Mrs. Stanley Cox was at the
punch bowl. Assisting in serv
ing were Laurel Allstott, Franrine
Francis and Frances Slocum.
Judy Wright had charge of the
guest book and Miss Judy
Thompson of Pendleton was at
the gift table. Helping about the
rooms were Mrs. Clarence Wise
and Mrs. Nina Noland.
The groom graduated from Ti
gard High School and attended
the University of Washington be
fore joining the air force. The
couple will live in Heppner where
the bride is completing her sen
ior year in high school.

Hall.

and Mrs. Robert Miller of lone.
Mrs. Meador had high score,
Mrs. Larry Dowen was second

Wednesday, February 22 in the
lone Community church parlor.
During the afternoon the fol

Dalene McDonald; violin solo.

Kenneth Smouse, accompanied
by Mrs. E. M. Baker; a vocal solo,

by Mrs. Lloyd Howton.

were on a table decorated with
wedding bells and with an over
