WATER POLICY ADOPTED The annual meeting of the Na tional Reclamation Association in Lincoln, Nebraska, October 24 26 was attended by delegates representing seven western states and national figures interested in reclamation, for a total at tendance of over 600 persons. Jason Lee, Salem attorney who represented Oregon on the reso lutions committee, reports that two of the principal resolutions adopted were a national water policy and a basin accounting system for the use of power reve nues to aid in underwriting re clamation projects. The 1956 N. R. A. convention, the 25th annual meeting, will be held in Salt Lake City, the city i i i Powering.
