Frank Anderson, Heppner, was appointed as a member of the Morrow County Equalization Board. The Court ordered the employ ment of George Corey as Special . Assistant District Attorney in the case State of Oregon vs. Ann Avent. The Court ordered $40.00 from the Courthouse fuel appropriation and $20.00 from the Courthouse repairs transferred to the General Road Appropriation.
