ROSY SAYS: Speaking of the im
provements in Heppner last
week I failed to mention one of
the greatest improvements ever
made in our fair city and that
is the modern sewage disposal
system. The sewer system is a
model installation and deserves
special mention. The greatest
improvement in automobiles
during the last 20 years is the
ball-joint front suspension on
the new Ford car. It makes the
car steer like power steering
and makes the car take the
corners without crowding. If
you don't own a new Ford the
chances are you haven't driven
one lately.
