application for the approval of a
change in point of diversion of
water from Willow Creek.
By decree of the circuit court
for Morrow County entered Dec.
12, 1910, in the matter of the de
termination of the relative rights
to the waters of Willow Creek and
its tributaries, a water right was
adjudicated in the name of An
drew Reaney for the irrigation of
20 acres in NEy4SEy4.Sec. 28, T. 1

Creek with a date of priority of
April 1890 and in the name of
Margaret Reaney for the irriga
tion of 18 acres in SWVi NEy4,

Thirty-five governors are mem
bers of the committee. Vice Presi
dent Nixon is honorary chairman.
Founded in 1925 by the Veter
ans of Foreign Wars, the National
Home was provided f or 1500
children. The Home includes
community center, hospital, cha
10c pel of all faiths, nursery and 50
acres of farm, orchard and dairy
land. The children are housed in
modern cottages under supervi
sion of house mothers. After
graduation from local high school
scholarships are available to as
sist them in attending college or
trade school.
COMPILING NEW LAWS
Laws passed by the 1955 Legis
lature are being compiled by
David O'Hara, of the State Elec
tions Bureau and his staff.
O'Hara said he hopes to have
all available laws, except those
with the emergency clause, pro
cessed before the first week in
August. Laws which include the
emergency clause become effec
tive when signed by the governor
and filed with the secretary of
state.

dates and party officials to ob
tain recounts of election results.
Compel counties to pay dam
ages caused by changes in high
way grades.
Prohibit comic book wholesal
ers from forcing dealers to ac
cept obscene and crime books in
order to obtain other books.

are likely in the lamb market
