Miss Winecoff is their advisor. The Hnrmoniars consisting of Lawrence Smith and Barbara Pearson were very much enjoyed at the school Friday of last week. Mr. and Mrs. John Turner of Baker, spent the weekend with her parents, Mr', and Mrs. Frank Engloman and other relatives. Mrs. Raymond Lundell recently visited her father, A. A. McCabe at Forest Grove. He is staying with hi son Robert there. She reported him much improved in honlth. Donald Heliker was reelected president of the lone Center of the Farm Bureau at a meeting at the home of E. M. Baker Tues day evening of last week. David Baker was elected vice president and Donald McElligott, secretary. Kenneth Smouse was elected as thP vntin? deleBate. The tenta tive resolutions were discussed and will be taken up at the county meeting at the grange hall October 27. The Arnica met at the home of Mrs. Marion Palmer Wednesday Oct. 21 with Mrs. Paul Pettyjohn as co-hostess. Baker and student of Washington State college won top over all the PI judging of live stock last week. "He received a camera and many other prizes. He will go to San Francisco mis week for judging.
