Key to Good Health
Good food is one of the most important keys to good health. And of
today's endless variety, one of the best foods to sine your family is
eatmeal. In recent years scientists have confirmed what people hav
known for venerations; teat oatmeal is one of the finest foods ia
autritive value.
Several recent scientific feeding oxperiments proved that oatmeal k
iar superior to other leading breakfast cereals in its protein value. Nit
enly is oatmeal superior in the amount of protein, containing more
protein than any of the other grains, but the growth-promoting value of
that protein is also superior to all of the leading breakfast cereals.
Start your day with an oatmeal breakfast and take full advantaice of
auch outstanding value. A real eye-opener that will "stick to your rios"
ail through the morning is this tempting breukfatit :
Orenge Juice
Prune Out caeal with Sukut and Cream
Hot Cornmeal Muffins Butter
Coffee Milk
Sorve oatmotd ofton for real economv too. It still costs th a
penny for an average serving. This old-fanhioned, yet ever popular
favorite, with its high quality protein, its iron and B vitamins will he
an important key to good health for your family.
