March 1918, there was duly filed
in the office of the State Soil Con
servation Committee at Corvallis,
a petition signed by 17 landown
ers, pursuant to Ihe provisions of
the Soil Conservation Districts
Law, Title 109, Chapter 3, O.C.L.

additional territory within the
