Bleakman were Heppner visitors Saturday, coming from Cecil with Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Hynd, with whom they have been spending several weeks. The Bleakman make their home at Top, in Grant county and usually spend several weeks oJ winter at Cecil. Bleakman says he thinks he holds some kind of a record as a holder of non-remunerative offices, having put in 31 years of that kind of service in Morrow county.
