tli yolks of four or two whole eggs,
lliree fourths of cupful of milk and
one-fourth cupful o lemon Julc or
vinegar. Melt the butler, add the dry

bubbling hot add th milk, and when
well rooked add th lemou Julc which

over hot water until smooth and thick,
stirring constantly. Add cream when
serving the dressing.

potato, one egg, one-bnlf cujiful of
