Osborn; who has Just con ducted a tuberculosis survey of eastern ' Oregon, has been named seal sale di rector and Is already in the field build ing up an organization for what tht I Association hopes will be the biggest I and most successful sale yet held in I the state. The Public Health Association will conduct the sale in the eleven counties where they exist; they are Jackson, Coos, Lane, Washington, Clackamas, Hood River, Union, Harney, Curry, Multnomah. In other counties other organizations have already signified their intention of taking an active part in the sale of the Seals. In Yamhil. county club women will conduct the sale in McMinnviUe, N'ewberg. Sheri dan, Willamina, Dayton, Carlton and Dundee. Miss Edith Wyllie of Dayville, Grant county, has the distinction of being the first woman to volunteer her services as seal sale agent before the sale has begun.
