Tucker et al for the establishment ot a county road, and same was found irregular and denied. In the matter of application of Catherine Hogeland, for relief. Now at this time the Court takes up the matter of the application of Cather ine Hogeland asking for relief and after due consideration of the same the Court granted her an allowance of $30.00 per month. L In the matter of Resolution of Mar ket Road: At this time the Court entered into a Resolution with the Oregon State Highway Commission, designating a market road from the mouth of Rhea creek up said creek to concrete bridge, which bridge is located across Rhea creek and about 6 Vjj miles from mouth of said creek. Said road was ordered Improved un der the Market Road Laws, and the Commission requested to furnish plans and specifications for the con struction of said proposed Market Road, and that said commission was instructed to survey and establish grades for said road. In the matter of additional Insur ance on the Court house building: Now nt this time the court Jkes up the matter of additional Insurance on the Court house building and after due consideration of the same it was agreed to place an additional of $16, 000.00 on said building. Harry Morgan, former Morrow county boy, who has been living at Moscow, Idaho the last few years, ar rived in Heppner the last of the week. Mr. Morgan is Just recovering from a severe attack of influenza, so he plans to spend the spring months on a Morrow county farm to regain his lost health. His family is still in Moscow but may arrive here at a later date. No. 228.
