In the matter of Road Petition of Adolf Skubo, et al: At this time the court takes up the matter of the Road Petition of Adolf Skubo et al, same was read and December 12th, 1919, set as date for view of said proposed road, and Geo. Blayden appointed by the Court to act with the regular viewers to view said proposed road. In the matter of Road Petition cf Harry Smith et al: At this time the court takes up the matter of the Road Petition of Harrv Smith et al. same was read and December 13th. 1919, set as date for viewing said proposed road, and Geo. Rand appointed to act with the regular Viewers to view said pro posed road. In the matter of Road Petition, of S. Atteberry, et al: Now at this time the court takes up the matter of the road petition of S. Atteberry et al, for the establish ment of a country road, same was read and December 12th, set as date for viewing said proposed road, and Geo. Blayden appointed to act with the regular viewers to view said road. In the matter of the Petition of E. Bergstrom et al: At this time court continues this petition until the January term of County Court. Court adjourned to meet Decern ber 4 th. 1919. at 9 A. M. Decern her 4th, 1919, Court met as per ad journment of yesterday with the same officers present. In the matter of Transfer of Funds from Heppner-Ditch Creek Bond la sue: Now at this time the court takes up the matter of transferring funds from HeDDner-Ditch Creek Bond to General Bond Fund and after due consideration of the same was ordered that the County Treasurer transfer J3124 IS from the Hepp ner-Ditch Creek Bond Fund to the General Road Fund. Said amount to be refunded at a later date to the Hennner-Ditch Creek Bond Fund In the matter of County Budget, for the vear 1920. There having been no objections nr rnmnlaints filed as to the Bud tret for 1920 as advertised, same was approved of by the court and assessor instructed to extend same on the tax roll for 1919. In the matter of Fire Patrol Tax At this time the court took up the matter of Fire Patrol Tax as filed by F. A. Elliott, State Fores ter, and after due consideration or the same instructed the County As sessor to extend said tax as per statement filed on the 1919 tax roll. On account of the Court not to reivine the amount of the State tax for 1920, could not fix the levy at this time so they adjourned to meet at a later date in the month.
