A BILL FOR AN ACT TO PROVIDE FOR THE EXTERMINATION AND ERADICATION OF CRfll' N D SQUIRRELS, OTHER NOX.IOCS RODENTS AND PREDATOR f ANIMALS. AUTHORIZING COUN TY COURTS AND BOARDS OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS TO PROVIDE FUNDS THERKFOli AND PRESCRIBING THE MAN MANNER OF PROCEDURE TO CREATE A LIEN I" PON THE PROPERTY INFESTED WITH SUCH RODENTS FOR THE EX-' TERMINATION THEREOF AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. I BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OREGON. j SECTION I.
