Luper left Hepp ner Sunday for a visit of two weeks with relatives 1n ttie Willamette Val ley, They expect to spend most of that time visiting at the home of their son, Rhea in Salem. Frank Mason and Charles John son, prominent farmer and ware houseman respectively of Lexington, attended installation of officers at Doric lodge No. 20, K. of P. in this city last Tuesday evening. The Misses Minnie Crow and Anna Peterson, popular young ladies of Pendleton departed for their home In that city Tuesday morning. Miss' Peterson has been playing the' piano at the Star theatre for the past two months. Rev. M. Howard Fagan and wife and daughter, Donna departed for Turloek, Cal., Monday after holding a successful revival meeting at the Christian church. During Rev. Fa gan's Bibical teachings of one month's duration, there were 40 ad ditions to the church, 17 of these coming on the last day of the meet ing. Rev. Fagau and family will return to Oregon about the first of April and will locate in Corvallis, Rev. Mr. Fagan has accepted the pastorate of the Christian church.
