Heppner and Lexington, being from
station -0- to station -210- and will

Lexington Road No. 1.

marked "Proposal for Construction
of Morrow County, Heppner-Lexington

accompanied by a certified check
made payable to the County Treas

five ( 5 ) per cent of the amount of the
bid based upon approximate estimate.
The checks of the lowest acceptable
bidder and the next lowest acceptable
bidder will be held until the contract
is signed, which checks shall be lor
feited to the County in case the
award is made to them and they shall
fail, neglect or refuse for a period of
five days after such award is made, to
enter into a contract and file their
bond, as prescribed by law, and to
