The only way of securing votes is by subscriptions for
The Gazette-Times.

No votes are transferable from one contestant to an
other. No lodges or organizations can participate, altlio it is
fair for any contestant to receive help from any lodge or
organization.
The nomination coupon is good for 5,000 votes.
Only one nomination can be counted for each contest
ant. There is but one district and all prizes will be awarded
to the contestants according to how they finish. The con
