To the readers of the Gazette Times we are presenting a new fea ture this week in our Home and Farm Magazine Section. This addi tion to the value of our paper is to be permanent. We have been contem plating for some months a move of this nature but had not been able to get just what we wanted, and fur thermore, we were not in a position to handle it. But it is here now, and we are giving you the benefit. This Is all added at some additional cost to us, but Is given to you for the reg ular price of subscription. You are to be the judge of its value, as we de sire the paper to speak for itself, and this feature Is one that will need no boosting on our part. With the addition of our new lin otype we can serve our patrons better than ever before. While the man agement of this paper has had some difficulties in the line of mechanical equipment to tussle with for the past three years, these are now about out of the way, and improvements that we have desired to make in the paper are to be realized. Gilliam & BIsbee are laying a new piece of floor in their store this week. Anson Wright, well known sheep man, was in Heppner from his ranch Wednesday. Rev. W. T. Goulder of the South Methodist church, made a business trip to Portland on Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Knappenberg of lone, accompanied by their daughter, Mrs. Johnson, were Heppner visitors on yesterday. G. W.
