The High School Boy's Basket Ball team expeted a came with the Hepp- ner Higti School team last Friday eve ning bnt the Heppner boys failed to appear. That the audienoe ruiaht not be entirely disappointed, the girl's High School team played a practice game with the town team. On New Years Eve, the Lexington school will eive an evening of enter tainment or the benefit of the school. The program will consist of a camber of short plays. After the plavs, there will be skating until the old year passes out. That the evening may be more fal!y enjoyed, the Ladies Aid will serve lunuh to those awaiting the approach of the New Year.
