No visible brands. Paul Devine, former Lexington boy and a son o'f Mrs. L. B. Devine of this city, is now engaged as sales man of Chevrolet cars at Seattle and in a recent "mile-to-the-gallon" test on the streets of that city Mr. De vine and R. H. Jeckel alternating at th;e wheel, the record of 224 miles on one filling of the tank, or a, little belter than 2 5 miles to the gallon, was hung up. The time required fendant in and to all of the follow ing described, real property, to-wit : Walter Rietmanri, Lots Three (3) and Four (4), and the South Half of North west Quarter and the Southwest Quarter of Section Two (2), in Township Two (2) North of Range Twenty-six (26), East of the Willamette Meridian, con taining 319.07 acres, according to the United States Govern ment Survey, in Morrow Coun ty, Oregon.
