It is expected th definite regulations will be prescrib ed by the board governing the re discounting of loans for banks, agri cultural credit corporations and In co:porated live stock loan compan ies, but any and all of such loans must have been made for agricul tural purposes which the board in terprets to mean to a person engag ed In agriculture and for the pur poso of carrying on such business-. National agricultural credit cor porations organized under tho so- called Capper act have no relation to the federal credit banks and can not rediscount with them. The board has declared it to be the ambition of those charged with the administraion of the new law to render maximum service, but ele mental business safety must be the first consideration and those desir ing the service will make their best contribution by offering nothing but perfectly sound paper, thereby avoid irg dissatisfaction and disappointment.
