the Pear of District No. I, Morrow County. Ore
iron, made Auiruat 15. 1917. will on Saturday, Sep
tember 8, 1917. at the hour of 2:30 p. m. of laid
day at my place situated nine miles north of Lex.

with an indistinct brand. The said animal was
