a moderate oven forty minutes.

two tablespoonfuls of butter, one and
nr half cupfuls of honey, one cupful
of sour milk (If sour cream la used
take half the butter) one tesspoonful
of soda, three cupful« of flour, two
tsawponnfnla of cream of tartar. Fry
in deep fat. Three doughnuts will keep
moist much longer than those ma<le of
ragsr and sweet milk.
