I Patrons of the Arnold school met at the school house last Endav even- ing and re-organized the "I Will" community club. George Palmy was elected president; Mrs. Laura Bilyeu, vice-president; and Mrs. B I. Arnold, secretary treasurer. The meetings are to be held at the school house on the second Tuesday evening in the month. The pro grams will consist of a short llterarv program, the discussion of commun ity problems, a social hour and the serving of refreshments. At the meeting last week a Hallowe'en program was given. Eor the next meeting Mrs G. E. Rodgers. Mrs. Anton kosprofka and Mrs. Lester Arnold are the program committee ami Miss Lillie Roner, Mrs Chas. Vseteeka and Mrs. Laura Bilyeu are on the refreshment com mittee. Last vear this club made some extensive improvements on the school building and also did a good work in promoting educational and social welfare in the community. Jordans Buy Property All>ert Handle, a former resident of Scio, was in town Monday and while here closed the sale of the property at the corner of Wheeler and Race streets to L. J. Jordan and wife. Thia property consists of four lots and the location is ideal for the mak ing of a beautiful home.
