Ballili Mill Closes On account of the dull season at present, and tiecause of an open winter, the Ballin mill has temporar ily closed. This has laid off some 40 or 50 men. and some of them we understand have gone out to seek other employment. It is expected the mill will resume operations with in the next two weeks. H. A.
